Delivery information

 All goods are subject to availability

We aim to despatch all orders within five working days, if it is going to be longer than that for example due to a stock shortage we will contact you for your instructions. If for any reason, we anticipate a delay in deliver we will inform you within three working days requesting your confirmation that you still wish to proceed

Goods are despatched by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for.

Delivery charge is £6.50 for orders under £60.00 and free of charge thereafter.


In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 5 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.

If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from The Silver Studio and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer.

Should you have for any reason, the need to return an item to us

1)       Call 01749 670831 (UK) or email info@ts2jewellery.com within 7 working days of receipt of purchase and ask for a ‘Returns Authorisation number’.


2)   Your ‘Returns Authorisation number’ should be written on the outside of the package being returned. We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery is returned to us broken or shows signs of wear. Please note that the cost of any return is non-refundable.

 

3)       Goods should be in a new and unused condition and in their original boxes

 

4)      Please enclose a Full returns address with telephone number and email address.

 

5)      'This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

 

  • We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum or collection can be arranged.
  • If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
